Terms of Service

Welcome to UnitPanda (“UnitPanda,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UnitPanda iOS application and the website at unitpanda.com (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using UnitPanda you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

UnitPanda does not require an account to use its core features. If you subscribe to UnitPanda Premium, your subscription is managed through your Apple ID and the App Store. We do not store payment information.

3. Subscriptions and billing

UnitPanda offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Premium”) for live currency and crypto rates, advanced themes, and other premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple under the standard Apple Media Services Terms.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings.
• No refund is available for the unused portion of a current term.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our express written permission.

5. Currency and crypto data

Currency and cryptocurrency rates shown in UnitPanda are sourced from third-party market data providers. These rates are provided for informational purposes only. You should not rely on them for financial, trading, or investment decisions. We make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including the UnitPanda name, mascot, design, code, and all related materials — is owned by Click Web Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, market data providers, Apple's App Store, or external websites). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Click Web Studio is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
